Did you know that the U.S. had a kiddie brigade in Vietnam?

I know this by some of the grifters that hang out on freeway intersections, when their signs say "Vietnam Vet, Need Help, God Bless" and they can't be a day over 40. They must have been some tough little buggers to get drafted that young.
