Help! - Trouble putting in contact lens..?

I need help putting in contact lens ... argh I have a strong tendency to blink! Everytime i try to put the lens in i blink and it never gets in.. I need some help here please, I can tell that the optometrist lady is getting sick of watching my failed attempts... it's really embaring...
