How do I fix wiper motor switch in 93 civic?

My 1993 honda civic recently had the heater core replaced(by me) and now that its all put back together the wipers will not turn off, or change speeds regardless of the wiper intermittent switch position. On all three positions it is just slow intermittent. I'm not sure whether this is do to the actually switch or possibly a ground issue, but i would like some help on how to fix it, thanks.
