Report him, many people do not know that if you report Police abuse, it stays in there records to see if there is a trend. Not, all cops are bad, but some are just bullies who abuse there position's. Sometime's we forget the Police officers's are human. Well, may with the exception of New York City where the cops are mostly against everyone!
