Only thing antibiotics does is clear up infections perhaps you should see a specialist I was diagnosed with TMJ as well I'm not sure if mine is arthritis you need more treatment morethan just antibiotics I would go to another doctor and also a dentist who may have history in treating TMJ patients I feel you pain trust me I'm scared just like you
