Who's your favorite comic book villain and Why?

It seems you're a Marvel fan and I've got no problem with that coz' I also love Marvel characters but my favorite comicbook villain would be from DC comics which would be the Joker. Why? Because he doesn't need super powers to fight and outwit Batman and at times he psychologically manipulates Batman (even if Bruce Wayne's a genius) to his twisted crimes. A great example is "Arkham Asylum" where the Joker wanted to prove that Batman is as insane as the criminals he sent there or "The Killing Joke" where he wanted to break the mind of commisioner Gordon. What I find fascinating is that he doesn't use superpowers or super technology to get what he wants. As in the movie "The Dark Knight" he says he's an agent of chaos.He's anarchy itself.
