Haemoglobin & red blood cell help?

This translates to: Hemoglobin is chemically attracted to oxygen but when the hemoglobin molecule meets with cells who need oxygen to make energy (such as muscle cells during a workout), it can release its oxygen. Keep in miong that hemoglobin is in our blood. It gets oxygen from our lungs when we breathe. It takes the oxygen to the cells that are performing "cellular respiration" which is basically the process of using oxygen to make energy.
