Help! I feel so disgusting, how do I get rid of genital warts?

My bf didn't tell me that the wart on his ball was infectious, he said it wasn't infectious at all. Now I have 2 bumps on the lips of my and they are they same kind as what he has got. I have a feeling it could be genital warts. I told him about it but he didn't seem to care that much and mumbled under his breath. He said he didn't p anything and that it is just a normal growth on my . Is it genital warts? What do I do? Is it normal for a bf to lie about things?
