Help with runescape i cant use the recover acc section of website?

my acc got hacked and the recover pword section of the website whont let me in ive tryed it over and over agin but nothing can u guys tell me if your getting the same error or just an error. I know the acc isnt ban or locked coz the guy was in yesterday....
