How can I get Saudi Driving License on Bahrain Driving License basis?

first of all if any one has GCC country driving license, doesn't need another Saudi License in Saudi, if you are settled there permanently, apply for Saudi License and show the Bahrain one attach copy of it, you will get Saudi License within few hours.
