Is it worth paying $150 for the Kinect? Are the Kinect games any good?

I think its a great piece of technology but right now its not worth it. I got mine around christmas and i literly havent played it since christmas week. I love the promise this thing brings because its so innovative and can be awesome but right now there are NO good games out for it. I think the first game coming out for it is Forza 4. There is a horror game called Rising Nightmares or something along those lines that is supposed to be like a resident evil. SO its looks promising but right now its not worth it. The only good game out for it is Kinect Sports (dont get motion sports). I would wait, maybe wait till price drops or can get a used one and wait for the good games to come out. Because right now all its doing it collecting dust in front of my TV
