What can I make for dinner?
Well, you could start off by cutting up the large potato into "american fries", them being chunked potatoes, seasoning them with garlic, your herbs and spices, such as italian seasoning, lightly, parsley, oregano, and such...to your taste... and putting some er in the pan with them, baking them at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes, until they are oven "fried". You can do a little salsa if you want, throwing in some parsley and put the tomato puree in with the fresh cut up 3 tomatoes, and 2 scallions, dicing each one, throwing in diced onions. You can toast your pine nuts in a skillet, no er or anything, flipping them with the skillet every now and then and then sprinkle on top of the rice, with a little er. You can do just about anything you want with these items. Just wondering if you were going to be adding it to meat or anything or are you a vegetarian?
