Im 26 weeks pregnant and started bleeding after .?

i had with a new partner and used a condom, i think it was just because i wasnt well lubricated, but i noticed that i was bleeding afterwards. it is really light spotting but red. im concerned, but its not heavy and there is no cramps. and he was kinda rough.
